Charlotte Lucy Bond - Employment Law Consultant
Having trained and qualified with a national Legal 500 firm based in Leeds, Lucy joined Davidson Large as a consultant employment law solicitor in January 2009.
Lucy's work encompasses all aspects of employment law situations, both contentious and non-contentious with particular emphasis on redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination and business reorganisations. She is also involved with Corporate support work, which includes due diligence and advising on related employment policies and procedures, as well as advising directors and senior managers in relation to service contracts, compromise agreements and restrictive covenants.
When not at work, Lucy enjoys reading, cooking, walking and falconry. She is also a Girl Guide Leader, as well as a published author, with several short stories to her credit.
