Rebekah Fozard - Solicitor
Having trained with a Leeds "big six" commercial firm, Rebekah then worked for a top 40 national firm, also in Leeds, before moving to join Davidson Large in June 2006. Rebekah is a motivated and focused commercial property specialist, who prides herself on being highly organised and dependable. She aims to take a logical, strategic and objective approach to projects and has the ability both to focus on the detail and see the larger picture.
Rebekah deals with all aspects of commercial property law including property development and urban regeneration, landlord and tenant, the leisure sector, property investment, property finance, and the property aspect of corporate acquisitions, disposals and reorganisations. She has experience of working for nationally renowned hotel chains and property developers, local authorities, charities,institutional investment landlords, major brand retailers, banks, insolvency practitioners and tenants of all sizes and requirements. Rebekah enjoys managing complex projects and has experience of large portfolio title disclosure and title investigation exercises, group restructuring and offshore property refinance schemes.
In her free time Rebekah visits art galleries, watches art house and foreign films, reads and enjoys ceroc dancing and singing in a choir.
