Brokering Services - Business and Property Sales and Acquisitions
Using the firm’s extensive network of contacts and working closely with specialist corporate finance accountants the firm often takes the lead on brokering company, business and property sales and acquisitions. This can take the form of a direct introduction of buyer to seller or a more gradual process with the evaluation of the business and sale price, research on sale prospects, market and price expectations, preparation of a sale or information memorandum and identification of potential acquirers (sometimes structured through a competitive bid process). The partners also regularly help funders and borrowers with finance raising and introduce investors to corporate and commercial property investment opportunities.
